What happens if I swipe up and close the app while my notes are being processed?
The loading will stop and it will be saved on your phone until you want to upload it again and receive your summary. You will find your recording in your summaries tab.
What happens if I receive a call during a recording?
Your recording will automatically be placed on pause. When you have finished your call you can go back and un-pause it and continue by clicking the back button.
Can I pause my recording and then go back to it?
Yes, just press the stop button to put it on pause while it’s recording.
Is my recording saved when I press the summary button?
If you are using the free version your recording is saved after you have watched the advert. For premium subscribers, the recording is saved as soon as the countdown is complete. Your recordings are stored on your phone and can be retrieved via the summaries tab.
Where are my recordings stored?
On your phone.
Are my summaries stored anywhere?
Your meeting summary and transcript is stored on your phone so you can resend the email later.
Can anyone else read my summaries?
No. They are stored on the phone and emailed only to your verified email address. The summaries can only then be seen by people you forward the email to.
If I close the app during a recording does it continue recording?
If you swipe up and close the app, the recording stops. It will however continue in the background if you open another app and leave No More Notes open.
What happens if I forget to end the recording after my meeting?
It automatically ends after an hour of recording. However, you are given the option to continue recording for another 15 mins up to a maximum of 90 minutes.
My phone locks after 30 seconds does the recording continue?

Can I put the app in the background or use other apps while recording?

I have accidentally deleted a recording can I recover it?

How accurate are the notes and minutes?
The information is a good representation of the meeting but remember to read through your minutes carefully to check the details. You can listen back to the recording at any time in the app.
